12-01-2012: Vorig jaar hebben wij er met succes voor gezorgd dat onze klanten via de Milieulijst 2011 een fiscale korting kregen op de aanschaf van een Watter systeem, waar veelvuldig gebruik van is gemaakt.

08-12-2011: During the recent years, Watter has received a lot of positive feedback from the market wordlwide. As we do not want to forget the importance of the people and organisations that are supporting Watter we have made a seperate weblink on www.watter.nl/partners.
Each of the partners and awards represent the same vision as Watter 'to improve quality of life'' and together with our partners we are able to make a worldwide change towards sustainable disinfection.

08-11-2011: Watter has been selected in the top 3 of the sustainability category of the Blue Tulip Innovation Awards 2011. Watter presented their sustainable businessconcept to produce a highly effective disinfectant on-site by means of two simple ingredients; water and salt.
During the presentation the enthousiasm of the individual members of the jury about the concept grew. They mentioned multiple opportunities in various industries and stated there is no limitation of the product exclusively to the category "Consumer Producs & Agri".

02-11-2011: Last week; Watter was involved in the 'Infection Prevention' week at the University Medical Centre Groningen (UMCG), one of the largest hospitals in The Netherlands. Several companies were invited by the hospital to present themselves in order to create awareness about innovations connected with infection prevention.

28-10-2011: Een van de winnaars van de MVO Pluimvee Award is een klant van Watter en bij deze willen wij het bedrijf in het zonnetje zetten. Grefte Vleeskuikens ontving de stimuleringsprijs voor het ontwikkelen van het Terra Sea PLUS systeem. De prijzen zijn dinsdagmiddag 25 oktober 2011 door juryvoorzitter Alexander Rinnooy Kan uitgereikt op de LIV beurs in Hardenberg. De heer Paul Grefte wordt gezien als een voorloper en echte innovator. Wij willem hem als klant van Watter daarom bij deze van harte feliciteren met deze award, die zijn visie op het gebied van duurzaamheid bevestigen.

04-10-2011: Today the ' Topsectoren' movie about Watter is put online on the homepage of the Watter website. The idea behind the movie came from Agentschap NL, a division of the ministery of Economic Affaris, Agriculture and Innovation (EL&I). The Dutch govenment selected leading 'innovators' in the different sectors that were pointed out as focus areas.

26-09-2011: Last week, Watter attended a meeting with mr. Toine Manders a member of the European parliament in Brussels. During the meeting several topics were discussed. The first topic discussed was the regulation/legislation regarding toxic chemicals such as formalin in the market. The second topic discussed was the legislation of biocides in the European Union.

10-09-2011: Yesterday a team of students from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RuG) started a project dealing with the unlimited possibilities that the Watter system has to offer. The team consists of seven master students following a beta major. We are happy about the start of the project and are looking forward to the expected results.
