Watter BV processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you
provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

• Bank account number

• Telephone number

• Other personal data that the customer actively provides (for example by creating a profile on your website, in correspondence and by telephone)

• Data about your activities on our website

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Watter BV shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and in order to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Watter BV remains
responsible for these processing activities. In addition, Watter BV provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your explicit consent.

Watter BV does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or an objection to the processing of your personal data to info@watter.nl.

In order to be sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your
identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable
zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number
(BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four
weeks.

Watter BV would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do this via the website of the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

How we secure personal data

Watter BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to
prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@watter.nl.

Watter BV has taken the following measures to secure your personal data:

• Security software: such as a virus scanner and firewall.
• TLS (formerly SSL): We send your data via a secure internet connection. You can
  see this from the address bar 'https' and the padlock in the address bar.
• DKIM, SPF and DMARC: are three internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving emails in our name that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) details.
• DNSSEC: is an additional security measure (in addition to DNS) for converting a domain name
  (info@watter.nl) into the associated IP address (server name); it is provided with a digital signature. You can have this signature checked automatically. In this way we prevent you from being redirected to a false IP address.
